Nothing in this waiver excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Participants are responsible for complying with Scottish Treasure Trove law and any other relevant detecting regulations. All qualifying finds must be reported in accordance with legal requirements.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

Photographs and video may be taken during events for promotional, social media, and charity purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in media content, please inform an organiser at the event.
